Mrs. O'Neill has spent her entire 22-year career in education with Bedford County Schools as a Spanish teacher and Assistant Principal at Liberty High School, an Assistant Principal at Forest Middle School, Bedford Connects, and Liberty Middle School. Mrs. O'Neill graduated Summa Cum Laude while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Lynchburg College in 2003. She earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lynchburg College in 2010. Mrs. O'Neill strives for academic excellence, is known for her ability to build an exceptional climate and culture, and for fostering positive relationships among all community stakeholders. Mrs. O'Neill and her husband, Sergio, live in Lynchburg with their two sons, Marcelo and Mariano. They spend as much time as they can traveling abroad in order to see family and love being outdoors enjoying nature. Mrs. O'Neill loves to cook for family and friends, garden, and travel. It is her pleasure to help and serve children and families in Bedford County Public Schools.
