The vision of Thomas Jefferson Elementary is to give children the opportunity to reach their potential and be successful life-long learners.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION (2026 - 2027)

NEW Kindergarten students to Bedford County Public Schools in 2026-2027 will click here to register.

RETURNING students (Current BCPS Preschool students) will need to obtain a Snapcode at your child's school. Once you have your Snapcode, click here to register.

Kindergarten registration will take place on Monday, March 23rd from 12 - 7:00 pm for children that will be five years old on or before September 30, 2026. Families MUST register at their assigned elementary school. Please bring the following documents with you on registration day:

- Birth certificate
- Proof of residency (Acceptable documentation includes a copy of a mortgage document, lease, or real estate tax statement.)
- Current physical
- Immunization record
